UI/UX Designer at Vasiti Dotcom

RESPONSIBILITIES OF A UI/UX DESIGNER

• Understand client needs and requirements and reflect this in design.
• Think creatively and develop design concepts, graphics and layout for the user interface of websites and mobile apps. 
• Create and design visual media content. 
• Work closely the developers to ensure the UI designs are properly implemented and UX best practices are employed during product development. 
• Work closely with other designers to ensure the social media, digital marketing and sales team are provided with the design content that is needed.
• Ensure designs reflect the mission of the company and help build a stronger and more reputable brand.
• Stay-up-to-date with design trends and industry developments. 
• Develop design prototypes and models to use in various products to ensure aesthetic consistency.
• Apply proper design techniques like gradients, contrasts and so on to enhance digital images.
• Directly involved in the creation of all kinds of visual content needed for the affairs of Vasiti. 

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS NEEDED

• Proficiency in the use of Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator amongst others.
• Must reside around Ikeja, must be a graduate and have a minimum of two years design experience. 
• Hardworking and interested in working with a startup
• Good communication skills and good team worker.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Salary ranges from N50,000 to N70,000.
