Job Detail

• At Passnownow we’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to transform user insights into beautiful and effective product designs that support learning outcomes and engagement.

Objective

• To design user-friendly, visually engaging, and intuitive interfaces for Passnownow’s e-learning platform, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience across devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and content teams to implement intuitive interfaces
• Maintain and evolve the platform’s design system and visual style
• Ensure accessibility, consistency, and responsiveness across all screens
• Iterate based on user testing, data, and evolving business goals

Collaboration & Approval Workflows:

• Reports to the Head of Operations and Creative Lead
• Collaborates closely with frontend developers, content creators, and marketers
• All designs must be reviewed and approved before implementation

Quality Control Expectations:

• Designs must be clean, consistent, and aligned with platform standards
• Clear documentation of design rationale and interaction flows
• Iterative testing and refinement based on feedback

KPI & Performance Metrics

• Timely delivery of design assets per sprint or roadmap
• User engagement and retention metrics influenced by design
• Quality and clarity of handoff documentation to developers
• Positive feedback from usability testing and internal reviews

Requirements

• Strong portfolio of UI/UX design work for digital products
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clean, simple interfaces.
