Responsibilities

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze user needs.
• Communicate design ideas using visual tools such as storyboards, workflows, and sitemaps.
• Design UI elements, including menus, tabs, and interactive widgets
• Create user interface elements such as navigation buttons and search bars
• Build interactive UI prototypes and static mockups to showcase site design and user flow.
• Develop creative graphic designs, such as illustrations, charts, and custom images.
• Share design prototypes and rough drafts with internal teams and major stakeholders for review.
• Analyze and fix UX challenges.
• Adjust page layouts based on feedback from users.
• Stick to branding guidelines for typography, color usage, and images.
• Document the development approach and design decisions for future reference.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
• A well-documented portfolio showing both visual design and the underlying creative process.
• Proficiency in developing wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Familiarity with usability standards and user-focused design strategies
• Strong grasp of accessibility compliance and usability standards.
• Possess strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a detail-oriented and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Skilled in managing multiple projects concurrently within collaborative settings.

Salary

• N500,000 (non-negotiable).
