We are looking for a User Experience/ User Interface (UX/UI) Designer who shares our passion for great design, has a love for research and data and a drive to revolutionize the healthcare industry.
A quick-thinking problem solver who works well with all types of people in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Must have a diverse portfolio demonstrating mastery of craft and a track record of results for multiple platforms and products.
Responsibilities
Creating intuitive and seamless user experiences for our products, ensuring they meet the needs of the end-users.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and healthcare experts to gather insights and implement design solutions that align with our users' needs.
Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and functionality, iterating based on user feedback and usability testing.
Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gain valuable insights into user behaviors and preferences, driving data-informed design decisions.
Craft visually appealing and consistent user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience, adhering to design systems and brand guidelines.
Ensure designs are accessible to users of all abilities, incorporating inclusive design principles to create an accessible and inclusive healthcare experience.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design to continuously enhance our products.
Qualification and Skills
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, or a related field.
A minimum of three years of proven experience in UI/UX design, with a diverse portfolio.
Strong knowledge of industry tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, with a track record of translating complex requirements into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
Proficiency in creating UX documentation, including user stories, personas, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, assets, icons, mockups, and storyboards.
Ability to plan and conduct user testing, surveys, and formal evaluations.
Applicants must have a diverse portfolio demonstrating mastery of craft and a track record of results to be included on their resume or presented when required.
