UI Designer at Ajay Tech

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our product and marketing teams to create visually engaging, innovative, and functional web designs for our pitch deck and website.
• Translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, transforming them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
• Deliver wireframes, mockups, and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Implement responsive web design principles to ensure our web pitch deck and website render well across multiple devices.
• Incorporate user feedback, usability findings, and best practices into design iterations.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Maintain a consistent visual style across various web elements, including navigation items, fonts, and graphics.
• Assist with content creation and digital marketing efforts as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven UI design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating previous web design projects.
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and other visual design tools.
• Experience with wireframe and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or InVision.
• Solid understanding of responsive web design, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Experience working with web developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is a plus.
