Treasury Operations Officer at Bridge Credit Limited

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ensuring accurate KYC is in place for all deposits.
• Ensuring prompt booking and execution of client’s instructions on the core banking application and any other application
• Ensuring timely delivery of note certificates to clients
• Ensuring timely notifications to clients about maturity of their deposits
• Ensuring timely preparation and approval of deal slips, and payment vouchers for interest, liquidations etc..

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• BSc in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 3- 5 years experience in treasury operations in a commercial bank or MFB (and must currently be involved in a treasury operations function).
• A professional qualification – ACA, ACCA or ACIB will be an added advantage and preferred.
• Appreciable understanding of financial markets.

MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Banking operations
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal , written and quantitative skills.

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Head of Finance and will liaise seamlessly with the Treasury Marketing Officer
