Job Summary

• We are seeking an Experienced Travel Consultant with up to 5 years of experience in Europe travel business to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to clients who are planning trips to Europe.
• The ideal candidate should have a passion for travel, a deep knowledge of European destinations, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to determine their travel preferences, interests, and budget
• Research and recommend travel destinations, accommodations, tours, and activities in Europe
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on travel regulations, visa requirements, and other relevant information
• Book travel reservations and handle all related transactions and paperwork
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Keep up-to-date with the latest travel trends, news, and developments in the European travel industry
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the travel agency
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all travel bookings and transactions
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Travel and Tourism or a related field
• Up to 5 years of experience as a Travel Consultant in the European travel industry
• Deep knowledge of European destinations, travel regulations, visa requirements, and other relevant information
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient in using computer reservation systems and travel booking software
