Travel Agency Marketer at Coinbox Limited

Job Description

• Planning and selling visas, passports, transportation, accommodations, and other travel services
• Providing relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travellers
• Meeting monthly, quarterly & annually profit and sales targets
• Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary travel packages
• Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
• Participate in the development of annual marketing strategies
• Choose the best advertising channels for different marketing projects
• Determine project priority and participate in the creation of marketing collateral
• Improve existing marketing strategies by tracking KPIs
• Attend travel seminars to remain updated with travel trends
• Enter data into our software and maintain client files
• Network with travel & tour operators
• Maintain statistical and financial records

Requirements

• The ideal candidate is expected to be a graduate (must have completed NYCS) from a recognized institution
• Must have 2 years field marketing experience and be ready to resume immediately.
• Candidate must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively
• Basic knowledge of the travel industry
• Negotiation skills, marketing & sales skills
• Team leadership skills, interpersonal skills and social media savvy.

Salary

• Basic Pay: N100,000
• Target pay: Minimum of N4,000,000 / Annum aside other commissions and perks.
