Travel Agency Manager at TGM Education

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of TGM Travels, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and process flight bookings using Amadeus and Travelport GDS platforms with accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle visa application processes efficiently and accurately for various destinations.
• Curate, plan, and execute group and individual travel packages tailored to client needs and preferences.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with airlines, embassies, hotels, and other travel service providers.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to promote TGM Travels’ services, support campaigns, and drive business growth.
• Work with the Finance team to track bookings, manage revenue, ensure accurate invoicing, and support financial reporting.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client issues or complaints professionally and promptly.
• Stay updated on global travel trends, immigration policies, and tourism opportunities to inform business strategy.
• Supervise, mentor, and support junior travel consultants and operational staff to meet performance standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a travel agency or travel operations role.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Amadeus and Travelport.
• Proven track record in visa application processing.
• Experience in tour package development and execution.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and organizational ability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Travel & Tourism or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous team leadership or managerial experience is desirable.
