Job Summary

As our Transportation Manager, you will be responsible for managing our logistics team, optimizing transportation processes, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to efficiency and safety. Implement technology solutions to enhance tracking and reporting of transportation activities.

 Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement transportation strategies to optimize delivery processes and reduce costs.
• Oversee daily transportation operations, including route planning, scheduling, and fleet management.
•  Manage relationships with carriers, vendors, and regulatory agencies to ensure timely and compliant transportation services.
•   Lead and mentor the transportation team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation or logistics management.
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.

Salary 

N350,000 to N550,000
