Responsibilities:

• Manage daily transportation operations, including route planning and scheduling
• Supervise transport team, including drivers, dispatchers, and maintenance staff
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., safety standards, licensing)
• Monitor and optimize fleet utilization, capacity, and performance
• Develop and implement transportation policies and procedures
• Analyze and mitigate risks associated with transportation operations
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Conduct performance reviews and training for transport staff
• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, increase market share, and expand our presence in the transport industry.
• Oversee the daily operations of our transport fleet, including, passengers transport, haulage and logistics ensuring efficient and safe operations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our brand, increase visibility, and attract new customers.
