Training Manager at Starich Recycling Technology Company Ltd

Responsibilites

• Needs Assessment: Identify and assess employee and organizational training needs to determine gaps in skills and knowledge.
• Program Design & Development: Design, create, and manage effective training programs, including onboarding, skill development, and leadership training.
• Content & Resources: Develop and curate training materials, select resources from vendors, and manage training technology and logistics.
• Implementation & Delivery: Coordinate and deliver training programs, both in-person and online, and oversee training staff and specialists.
• Evaluation & Monitoring: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, data analysis, and performance metrics.
• Budget Management: Create and manage training budgets, allocating resources for materials, programs, and vendors.
• Collaboration: Work with senior leadership, department heads, and HR to align training with business goals and strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND with 3 - 5 years experience.
