Training Manager at LAPO Institute for Microfinance and Management Studies

Job Summary:

• The Training Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of all training programs offered by LAPO Institute. This includes managing a team of trainers, developing curriculum, ensuring quality delivery, and fostering a learning environment that promotes growth and development. The Training Manager will also be responsible for client relationship management and business development by customizing training programs to meet client needs, expanding client accounts, and presenting innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify training requirements.
• Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs using various methodologies, including workshops, online courses, and simulations.
• Oversee the delivery of training programs, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through data analysis and feedback surveys.
• Manage the training budget effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and present training solutions to potential clients.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging training technologies.
