    Training Manager

    • Manages and administers a Training Centre as a competitive business focused profit-making entity. 
    • Designs and continually revises a Catalogue of Training Curriculum and Training Content.
    • Builds a Training Strategy, drives its implementation, and evaluates its outcome. 
    • Provides tools and supports for managers and supervisors in identifying Employee Training and Developmental needs and collaborates with them to put in place appropriate upskilling and professional development initiatives.
