Training Executive at AETI Consulting

Qualification

B.Sc/B.Eng/HND in Engineering; electrical/mechanical preferably, Business administration, Marketing or other related discipline with minimum of 5 years experience in a technical training or engineering consulting organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Have the ability to design, structure and co-ordinate the delivery of training programmes in the areas of electrical/electronics, mechanical, automation or electromechanical engineering
• Be capable of undertaking training need analysis for organizations.
• Effectively coordinate the management of training programmes of the firm
• Evaluate training manual
• Manage training programme schedules
• Effectively manage relationship with facilitators
• Liase with clients on training schedule
• Manage training vendors

The training coordinator will:

• Support the training coordinator in the aforementioned functions
• Provide assistance in marketing for training mandates from various sectors of the economy.
• Develop training proposals and make presentations
• Research and develop training programme curriculum content.
