Training Account Executive

Our client, a leading financial services firm is seeking to fill the role of a Training Account Executive.

Summary Job Description:
- Lead the acquisition and management of new and existing training business opportunities; search, proposal delivery, account management and service rendered
- Perform training need assessment for discerning clients in targeted sector
- Design training curriculum based on needs assessment
- Administer and coordinate the delivery of assigned training programs
Person Specification:
- An MBA would be an added advantage
- Certifications in any of people management, training and change management programs; Project Management Professional (PMP), CIPD/CIPM/SHRM, ACCA, ACIB, etc.
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience with a minimum of 4 in an executive management role
- Evidence of continuous pedagogy management learning
- Evidence of working in learning and change management companies
