Job Purpose

Here is your rare opportunity, as we are willing to hire you as a Trainee Technical Operator. The job offers 12 months of intensive training where you will learn on-the-job and in the classroom, work with experienced professionals to hone your competence level, and earn a competitive salary.

Trainees will have their first 4 months of training in our factory in Ogun State.

Key Responsibilities

• Check and ensure proper functioning of all components of the machines and auxiliary.
• Support with operating the machine in accordance with the standard operating procedure and speed targets.
• Ensure that machine material wastages are kept at the minimum acceptable level.
• Report all malfunctions and constraints to your line Supervisor.
• Ensure usage of all company-provided protective wear, gears, gadgets, and comply with all Health and Safety rules.
• Carry out recommended maintenance as per checklist to ensure equipment reliability
• Ensure acceptable level of cleanliness in dressing and immediate work area in line with Good House Keeping Practices.
• Maintain zero cross contamination of product due to unhygienic state of production equipment.
• Conduct cleanliness of other auxiliary machines before and after use (Mixer, UV cleaning and monitoring)
• Carry out change-over activity as per production schedule.
• Ensure compliance to good manufacturing practices, food safety practice, good environmental, occupational Health and Safety practices on all line activities, and maintain zero lost time on work related injuries.

Qualification

OND or its equivalent in Engineering or other related discipline.
