Trainee Software Development/Implementation Officer at Psychospace International Ltd

Our client is a key player in the financial technology industry providing software solutions for companies in finance, investment, insurance, and banking services.

Strategic growth resulting from market acceptance has necessitated the need for young, intelligent, proactive, and positive-minded graduates of engineering, pure sciences, applied sciences, and biological sciences. The ability to understand and cope with logical and mathematical expressions, and deductive and inductive reasoning are non-negotiable requirements for this position.

Prospective candidates must not be older than 27 years old by December 2024, must be proficient in the basic use of computers, and very familiar with Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Experience with any modern programming language will be an added advantage but not an absolute requirement.

Successful candidates will be taken through a rigorous 4 - 6 months technical and management training programme which will be made up of the following: SQL, OOL programming, database design, etc, as well as a detailed management training program. All successful candidates will be involved in the development and deployment of live applications for our client’s company.

All trainees will be paid a monthly stipend of N100,000 every month for the period of the program. Trainees will be confirmed and upgraded to full software development officers or senior software development officers depending on their level of proficiency and diligence during their period of training. All confirmed trainees will also be integrated into the company’s competitive remuneration package after their confirmation.
