Ticketer / Customer Service Representative
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 2 - 3 years
- Location Lagos
- City Ikeja
- Job Field Customer Care, Success and Service
Job Description
- Ability to make accurate bookings for customers
- Calculate expenses, write and sell ticket to passengers.
- Help passengers by answering question on travel arrangement.
- Help passengers to plan for their trips
- Help to make and confirm reservations.
- Provide good customer service.
- Rebook tickets and other arrangements.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND in relevant fields with 2 - 3 years work experience.
