Job Summary:

The clinical team at Aegle is the engine that (as you would expect) drives Aegle’s growth. Our easy-to-use platform allows our doctors to work with patients from the comfort of their own home or office. No waiting rooms and no rushing. Aegle in-house clinical support team are responsible for training, supporting and looking after all of our doctors including formal reviews and audits to ensure our doctors are providing the highest quality of patient care.

Role responsibilities:

• Deliver digital consultations via video and telephone to patients.
• Undertake virtual therapy consultation Maintain patient records with detail, accuracy, and speed.
• Flexible approach and ability to prioritize work tasks effectively. 
• Conducting initial consultations to gather patient information
• Assessing patients’ emotional and mental health and developing treatment plans to meet them
• Asking questions and listening to help patients explore their thoughts and feelings
• Leading patients through mental exercises and role-playing activities when beneficial
• Counseling and advising patients on issues of importance to them
• Intervening with emergency care techniques and protocols when patients are in crisis.
• Providing referrals for additional care or services when required
• Maintaining detailed confidential records

Requirements are that you must:

• Degree in related field
• Have two to five years of therapist/counseling experience.
• Good clinical judgment built up over relevant experience 
• Curious and open to new developments within medicine, and digital health.
• Diligent and good at interpreting and adhering to guidelines.
• High level of digital proficiency.
• Good at prioritizing workload.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong clinical leadership, continual audit and quality improvement work.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills across all levels of the business.

Salaried Sessions:

• We offer flexible packages based on a mixture of sessions. Our Session:
• Daytime (8 am-6 pm) Evening (6 pm-8 am)
