The Territory Security Supervisor plays a vital role in supporting the OSM in the effective management and oversight of security operations within his Cluster. He provides first level external response to escalated situations from locations. Act as the second layer supervision of security operatives, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. The Compliance Executive acts as a liaison between the field operatives and the Office. This external Supervisory category comes in 3 variants- depending on the Size of Territory (number of Clients & Operatives).
