    Territory Sales Manager

    Job Description:

    We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales within their designated territory, fostering strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned territory to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with distributors, retailers, and establishments to ensure efficient product placement, availability, and promotions.
    • Provide market insights and feedback to the regional sales team to refine strategies and adapt to changing market conditions.
    • Monitor sales trends, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement to enhance sales performance.
    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote our brands and products.
    • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to alcohol distribution and sales.
    • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
    • Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably within the alcoholic beverage industry.
    • Strong understanding of the alcoholic beverage market, including consumer trends and regulatory considerations.
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
    • Proficiency in using sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel within the designated territory.
