    Location: Lekki/Epe

    Purpose

    •  Responsible for New Solar Business Territory Development. Manages all Customer engagement and Business Development resources and activities to boost market leadership, revenue, profitability, and customer base of the business

    Responsibilities

    • Managing Stakeholder Engagement in establishing and growing new Solar Business territory 
    • Responsible for leading and managing a team of sales agents, solar installation and maintenance technicians, and their customers – responsible for the full customer cycle from acquisition to upselling
    • Develop and implement the sales operational strategies within the allocated area, as well as align with the area sales target.
    • Organizing sales activities and functions in the field to achieve targets, revenue and desired quality sales.
    • Training and coaching of sales agents on topics including pitching, sales conversation, closing and building strong and long-lasting relationships with customers.
    • Defining customer satisfaction standards and implementing to drive service delivery.
    • Gather customer and competitive insights for contribution solution enhancement and new solution development
    • Plan, develop and supervise the execution of brand PR and communications initiatives.
    • Liaise with relevant units in executing cross-functional projects.
    • Supervises and approve output of all team members.

    Qualifications

    Required Education:

    • Bachelors’ degree

    Experience and Skills

    • Minimum Working Experience: 3 years of progressive experience, in Business Development, Sales and Marketing . Relevant renewable energy, power Industry, and Agribusiness  experience shall be an advantage
    • A high level of oral and written communication skills in order to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
    • Project Management Skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
    • Analytical and possess problem solving skills, with the ability to apply original and innovative thinking
    • Flexible in approach and comfortable with a fluid organizational structure that requires both team work and self-sufficiency as necessary
    • Ability to work under minimal supervision
    • Ability to manage change and effectively pass information to stakeholders for smoother execution
    • Must live in Lekki/Epe and environs.
