TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR THE PROJECT FINAL EVALUATION “EU Support to Response, Recovery and Resilience in Borno State: Education component.”

Plan International in consortium with Save the Children and GEPADC has   “EU Support to Response, Recovery and Resilience in Borno State: Education component” The focus of the project was on increasing access, to safe, quality and inclusive education opportunities (formal and non-formal) for conflict affected children, adolescent and youth through addressing the specific barriers of girls and boys in the view of improving retention and completion, achieving better learning outcomes, and, improving access to livelihood and employment opportunities for youth, MHPSS and WASH. The intervention cut across 90 primary schools, 84 junior secondary schools, 33 AEP centres and 39 Islamiya schools.
