Job Summary

On behalf of our client who is a Global Logistics Company and are recently setting up their Nigerian Branch, we are sourcing for a Terminal Fleet Cashier in Lagos State who is a driven, motivated individual with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Handle cash receipt and payment vouchers 1, register cash journal and bank journal, prepare fund receipt date statement
• Review payment documents, complete payment documents and submit bank payment
• Responsible for system data checking in China
• Reconciliation of branch accounts
• Bank returns
• Other matters in charge
• Reconciliation of costs
• Check all costs of fleet and Terminal operation

Daily work:

• Cash Bank Deposit Journal
• Review payment documents, complete payment documents, submit bank payment, net bank transfer check
• System data
• Attendance and administration

Regular work:

• Reconciliation of branch accounts
• Bank returns

Qualifications:

• College degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics and other related majors, with Accounting qualifications;
• More than 2 years working experience in international freight forwarding accounting or settlement position, understands the nature of freight forwarding accounting and settlement work, familiar with freight forwarding business processes;
• Familiar with the business and cost of freight forwarding enterprises, proficient in freight forwarding company financial process     management and risk control;
• Familiar with cash management and bank settlement, familiar with friends or other financial software operations;
• Good professional integrity and teamwork spirit, strong communication, understanding and analysis skills;
• Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
• Familiar with international accounting standards and domestic accounting standards.
