Telesales at Shiptonaija

We are looking for a zealous Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have good interpersonal skills. They must be comfortable presenting and selling the company’s services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

The goal is to promote company’s growth and expansion by bringing in Franchisee across key locations in the country.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a ShiptoNaija’s Franchise scheme
• Contact leads from digital marketing team and explain to them convincingly about our different level of  Franchise and requirements.
• Direct prospects who meet or partially meet the requirements and willing to proceed to the field sales team to schedule a visit.
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Go the “extra mile” to meet monthly target 50 interested prospective Franchisee and facilitate future sales
• Work with company’s CRM to Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
