    Telesales Representative

    Responsibilities

    • Initiate and manage a high volume of outbound sales calls to prospective customers from provided leads, databases, or cold-calling efforts.
    • Deliver compelling sales pitches to effectively present the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
    • Address customer concerns and objections, converting them into opportunities to showcase the value of our offerings.
    • Skillfully negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets.
    • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
    • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products/services and stay up-to-date with modifications or enhancements.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
    • Provide regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans.
    • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies, share best practices, and contribute to the company's overall growth.
    • Participate in ongoing sales training and development sessions to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree.
    • Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales role.
    • Exceptional communication skills with a persuasive and confident phone manner.
    • Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally, maintaining a positive attitude.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on achieving sales targets.
    • Effective time management and organizational abilities to handle high call volumes.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and the ability to maintain accurate records.
    • Self-motivated and target-driven, demonstrating a passion for sales.
    • Team player with the ability to collaborate and contribute to team success.
