About the Role

• We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Identify sales opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Convert leads into customers through effective communication and relationship-building.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Provide professional and positive customer experiences during all engagements.

Requirements

• OND qualification or higher in any discipline.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Must reside in or around Ogba and its surrounding areas.
• Access to a functional Android smartphone (minimum 3GB RAM preferred).
• Previous telesales, customer service, or sales experience is an added advantage.
