Job Summary

• We seek an experienced Telesales Representative to join our Lagos-based team, focusing on customer acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will have proven telephone sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone sales targeting the Nigerian market
• Promote betting and casino products to potential and existing customers
• Convert prospects into active customers using effective persuasion techniques
• Provide information, answer questions, and resolve issues professionally
• Meet individual and team sales targets
• Maintain records of calls and sales to improve strategies

Requirements

• Proven experience in telephone sales (Nigerian market experience preferred)
• Prior experience in the betting and casino industry (advantageous)
• Solid background in cold sales
• Strong, persuasive communication skills in English
• Results-oriented and motivated by targets
• Adaptable in a fast-paced, highly regulated industry.
• Customer insight and understanding of the betting and gaming industry.
• Persistence and resilience in high-volume call environments.
