    Telesales Executive

    This is a fantastic opportunity for a telesales executive to join our growing team. The Telesales Executive is responsible for inbound and outbound calls to clients either assigned or personally acquired aiming at surpassing given sales target and to ensure proper documentation of all calls and sales delivery. Your focus will be on turning sales leads into valued customers. If you would love to grow your career in sales, then this could be the role for you

    Major Responsibilities

    • Answering inbound and making outbound calls turning leads into customers and dealing with existing customer sales enquiries.
    • Promote and sell company recruitment products to both individuals and corporates via telephones; cold calls; messages; online presentatation.
    • Identify new business opportunities.
    • Responsible for the whole sales cycle from initial call to closing the sale
    • Follow-up on potential sales leads for the organization.
    • Follow up with existing clients and sustain long-term business relationships.
    • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
    • Answer customers’ enquiries and provide correct answers; creating positive customer experience.
    • Meet and exceed sales goals.
    • Meet agreed sales and productivity targets.
    • Other Duties as Assigned

    Qualifications / Requirements

    • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or it’s equivalent.
    • Telesales experience
    • Successful track record in sales

    • Self-motivated.

    • Enjoys building relationships.
    • Friendly attitude
    • Able to learn and develop skills.
