    Telesales Executive

    JOB OVERVIEW

    We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating sales over the phone and maintaining customer relationships by providing exceptional service. This role requires a blend of excellent communication skills, sales acumen, and a proactive attitude.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products/services, provide information, and generate sales.
    • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering solutions that meet those needs.
    • Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products/services to effectively communicate their benefits and value propositions to customers.
    • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
    • Manage leads by tracking, following up, and closing sales opportunities.
    • Accurately record all customer interactions, sales activities, and updates in the CRM system.
    • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the sales and product development teams to enhance the customer experience.
    • SALARY: 50,000 + variable pay and other benefits

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • OND business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
    • 2- 3 years of proven experience in a telesales or telemarketing role
    • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
    • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
    • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
    • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, internet).
