Job Summary

• We are seeking a smart and result-driven Female Tele Sales Executive to drive sales through outbound calls, lead conversion, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling and follow-ups
• Convert prospects into paying customers
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead to closure
• Handle customer objections and inquiries effectively
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM
• Prepare periodic sales reports
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements

• HND in a relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in telesales or similar role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Good phone etiquette and customer handling skills
• Result-driven with strong work ethic.
