Job Description

• Identifying and targeting potential customers through telephone calls, email blasts etc
• Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue
• Promoting the bank's products and services to potential and existing customers
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Conducting customer needs assessments and making recommendations for product and service offerings
• Negotiating and closing sales deals with customers
• Managing the sales process from lead generation to closing

Person Specification

• This is an entry level position for ND/HND/BSc graduate
• Candidates with 0-2 years Telesales (Sales) experience are desirable.
• Proven sales experience or strong sales interest is an added advantage
• Candidates must possess great customer service skills
• Candidates must possess great telephone communication etiquette.
• Candidates must possess great customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills is required
• Candidate must possess the ability to work independently and part of a team, should be a self-starter
