    Telesales Agent

    Job Description

    • Informing potential or existing customers about all products or services.
    • Gather and document customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
    • Answering customers' queries or grievances on products and services.
    • Meeting sales quotas/targets.
    • Generate leads
    • Delighting All Customers with exceptional service delivery.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification
    • Proven 1 year of experience in a similar or related role.
    • Evidence of meeting or surpassing sales quota or targets, especially over the phone.
    • Excellent communicator in the English language, written and spoken.
    • Fluency in other Nigerian languages is an advantage.
    • Willingness to work weekends, occasionally during public holidays and beyond 9-5 business hours.
    • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
    • Ability to handle rejections and objections with utmost courtesy.
    • Ability to adhere to scripts.

    Salary

    • N70,000 monthly.
