    Telemarketer

    Job Description

    • Explaining products, product prices, and answering customer information about products
    • Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and follow up on previous customers for potential sales
    • Maintaining records of customer contacts
    • Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers

    Requirement

    • Bsc/HND in marketing and any management science course
    • Minimum of 2 years cognate experience in the same role
    • Experience in a Financial services firm will be an advantage
