Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided call list or database.

Pitch products or services to potential customers and effectively communicate their features and benefits.

Generate leads and qualify prospects through engaging conversations and active listening.

Overcome objections and address concerns to close sales and achieve sales targets.

Follow-up with leads generated through previous interactions or marketing campaigns to nurture them through the sales process.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including contact details, preferences, and outcomes.

Continuously develop product knowledge and sales techniques through training and self-study to enhance performance and results.

Collaborate with team members and sales managers to optimize sales strategies and achieve team goals.

Maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service to enhance the company's reputation and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a clear and articulate phone manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with customers over the phone.
• Persuasive personality with the ability to effectively pitch products and overcome objections.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
