Telecom Account Manager at InfoBip

OP Senior Technical Account Manager is an individual contributor role in the region or HQ that is accountable for supporting the client-facing roles towards the telecoms (OPMs and PGMs) by ensuring that the back-office operations are run smoothly. The individual in this role performs tasks that are related to the business operations; keeps the business afloat and provide the front-office with the ability to execute their various client-facing tasks.

The Main Responsibilities Of This Role Are

• Supporting the OPMs and PGMs for the assigned telecoms
• QBR preparation and presentation
• Proactively communicating the status, escalations and recommendations for the telecoms
• Resolving billing disputes
• Cooperating with the internal stakeholders in bringing the best service to the telecoms
• Escalations to the OPM, PGM, Global Telecom Growth Lead or Business Operations Expert about the possible issues
• Dispatching the issues to the Core Network Team
• Sender registration
• Managing Short Codes (SMS and USSD)
• Ensuring smooth introduction of the services and delivered solutions as well as the proper setup for the assigned telecoms, setup of the new services, and traffic monitoring when applicable
• Keeping up with all the updates from the industry, updates on the products in the telecom sector as well as route pricing in cooperation with the BG (Business Growth) team.
