Tele-Marketer at Mwanga

Job Description:

• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about the product and service (Insurance Plans) of the organisation.
• Answering questions about the company’s product (different insurance plans and its benefit)
• Meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
• Using scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits.
• Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how product or services meet their needs.
• Constant follow-up with customers to close deals
• Keep records of calls, sales and record useful information
• Generating sales lead for the organisation
• Cold calling customers to sell the company’s products and service to them.
• Listening to the customers' needs to determine which product will better suit the customer 

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: B.Sc/HND
• Post-Nysc
• Candidate must be within the age bracket 21 - 33years
• 1-3 years insurance marketing experience is required
• Strong Written, Communication and Negotiation Skills.
• Strong command of English Language and at least, one other local or international language.
• Performance driven, Agile, Teachable and willing to learn.
• Ability to collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to details and strong Listening skills.
