About the role

• As a Tele Caller Expert at AIMS Education, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and connecting with potential clients.

Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting outbound calls to prospective students and their families.
• Explaining our consultancy services and addressing inquiries.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Meeting weekly and monthly targets for lead generation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess a Higher Secondary, Bachelor/Honors with 1 to 3 years experience
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Call Center

Additional Requirements:

• Age 18 to 40 years
• Proven experience in telemarketing or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to articulate the value of our services to potential clients.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting targets.
• Familiarity with the education sector is a plus.
