Technology & Partnership Supervisor at LEAD Enterprise Support Company Limited

Job Summary: 

The Technology and Partnership Supervisor will oversee the Information Technology department, develop sustainable business strategic initiatives to achieve set goals and objectives for the department, and identify and sign partnerships with technology platforms in different sectors of the economy; Clusters, Trade Associations, Cooperative Societies, Microfinance institutions and other Aggregators.   

Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee the Information Technology department.
• Develop sustainable business strategic initiatives to achieve set goals and objectives for the department.
• Identify and sign partnerships with technology platforms in different sectors of the economy; Clusters, Trade Associations, Cooperative Societies, Microfinance institutions and other Aggregators.
• Sets up an effective digital broad marketing structure.
• Sign up strategic partnership with Technology Aggregators, cutting across different sectors.
• Recommend Technology initiatives that will help drive successful and impactful business development and work with management to implement such.
• Develop a digital marketing/business development budget for the department (revenue and expenses).
• Develop new initiatives to drive business growth.
• Monitor the implementation of digital marketing and sales strategies.
• Ensure career development of direct reports.
• Monitor digital sales performance against monthly/quarterly/annual budget plans.
• Prepare and present to the MD/CEO the production achievement report on a weekly/monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Engage regularly with the Underwriters, IT department and other technical staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Ensure that the organization makes a good underwriting profit margin from the quality of business brought to the company.

Job Requirements: 

• A Bachelor\'s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 4-5 years of relevant professional experience. (Experience in Microfinance bank, Fintech, Microinsurance companies would be an advantage).
• A Professional Certification in Computer Science/Information Technology is required.
