As a Business Analyst, you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technology. Your role will be pivotal in understanding challenges, identifying opportunities, and creating solutions that align with organizational goals. This position demands a creative, analytical, and highly adaptable professional who can think outside the box and deliver results.
Key responsibilities:
Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements, including workflows, user stories, functional specifications, and process maps.
Develop and maintain project and product documentation such as plans, timelines, prototypes, and requirements artefacts.
Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate business needs into clear, implementable features.
Contribute to product and project roadmap planning through impact analysis, prioritization support, and feasibility assessment.
Where required, act as a proxy for Product Management by supporting backlog grooming, feature definition, and stakeholder alignment.
Conduct market, user, and process research to identify opportunities for new products or enhancements to existing solutions.
Support partnership initiatives by helping define requirements, aggregating feedback, and tracking performance metrics.
Monitor delivery progress and contribute to status reporting, risk identification, and issue resolution.
Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and solution demonstrations to internal stakeholders and clients.
Collaborate with engineering teams using a solid understanding of system architecture, APIs, data flows, and SDLC constraints.
Continuously improve analysis standards, documentation quality, and delivery efficiency.
EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years’ experience in business analysis, product support, IT consulting, or technology delivery roles.
Strong experience producing structured requirements documentation and process artefacts.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, with working knowledge of technical concepts (APIs, databases, system integrations).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and wearing multiple hats when required.
