Summary:

The Technician is responsible for performing vehicle services and repairs according to the company's standards and procedures. This includes following service checklists, diagnosing technical faults, identifying necessary spare parts, and ensuring all work is completed with high quality. The role requires adherence to safety systems, proper maintenance of tools, and ensuring vehicles are clean and presentable upon release. The Technician must also manage job estimates, meet delivery timelines, and work within the company's budget for outsourced jobs. Experience in the automobile industry, specifically with Suzuki vehicles, is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Perform vehicle services and repairs as per service checklist and vehicle repair order.
• Ensure all work is performed thoroughly, following company standards and good quality practices.
• Use genuine replacement parts and adhere to the checklist and scope of work.
• Diagnose technical faults and determine the correct measures to take.
• Identify spare parts required for specific jobs.
• Ensure vehicles are clean and presentable before release from the workshop.
• Maintain standard Flat Rate Times (FRT) on tasks.
• Follow management and superior instructions, ensuring proper job estimation and timely delivery.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering with relevant workshop experience.
• 4 to 5 years of experience as a Technician in the automobile industry.
• Expertise in repair and service of Suzuki vehicles is mandatory.
