Technician at Awoof Berekete

Job Summary

• The purpose of the job is to ensure that all electrical and the equipment at Awoof Berekete function properly and always serviceable.

Task and Responsibilities 

• Respond to any electrical and equipment malfunctioning calls from Awoof Berekete.
• Test, maintain and repair all products relating to company business In Awoof Berekete.
• Follow test and repair procedures as instructed.
• Document all repair work as required and ensure the stock inventory system is kept up to date for parts used.
• Report any unusual faults that may need further investigation and external (vendors) input.
• Work hand in hand with other Engineers for the maintenance of all electrical installations in the office environment.
• Plan on routine electrical and equipment integrity check.
• Occasionally provide on-site technical support during events, monitoring and troubleshooting as may be required across all otherbusiness arms.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of emerging technology trends and developments in areas of relevance to the business, contributing ideas for next generation solutions.
• Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.

Job Specifications

• At least an OND in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or equivalent with relevant certification in Engineering.
• At least 2-4 years of relevant and progressive experience.
• Good carriage, professional appearance and outlook to work.
• Strong ethics.
