    Technical Support Personnel

    Job Summary
    Responsible for provision of technical support to clients for the purpose of smooth use of the company’s
    Card Issuance application.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Install and configure Microsoft software application with the supporting hardware system.
    • Ask target questions and quickly understand the root cause of problems.
    • Talk to clients through a series of actions either via phone or chat until they solve technical issues.
    • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
    • Provide step by step technical help both written and verbal.

    Required skills.

    • Minimum of secondary school leaving certificate.
    • Experience in system administration, computer hardware
    • Prior experience in technical support, desktop support or similar role (is added advantage)
    • Hand-on experience with Windows OS environment
    • Experience in remote desktop application
    • Good understanding of computer system and other technical products
    • Attention to details and good problem-solving skills
    • Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot basic technical issues.
    • Good verbal communication
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
