Job Summary

• We are seeking a Tech-savvy and curious technical support intern to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will support the agency’s tech operations — from network setups to software troubleshooting — and assist clients and team members in resolving basic tech issues. 
• This is a great opportunity for an aspiring IT or network support engineer.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in basic computer troubleshooting (hardware & software)
• Support internal team and clients with tech-related issues (emails, devices, VPNs, etc.)
• Help with setting up new hardware, workstations, or software for the team
• Monitor IT systems and report any operational issues
• Document technical processes and updates
• Assist in basic network setups and printer configurations
• Collaborate with the web and digital teams to ensure technical uptime

Requirements

• Basic understanding of computer systems, software installation, and tech support
• Interest in IT support, computer engineering, or systems admin
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or related tools
• Willingness to learn, troubleshoot, and grow in a fast-paced digital agency
• Good communication and documentation skills
• NYSC members or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
