Technical Support Engineer

About the job
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers' technical issues.
- You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Reproduce customer environment and run tests
- Experience supporting various IT Systems
- Proven support experience in software as a service (SaaS) and other cloud applications
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
Qualifications
- 3+ years' of technical support/Engineer experience
- B.Sc./HND in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Time management and multitasking.
