Technical Supervisor (Elevator Installation & Site Management)
As the Technical Supervisor, you will oversee elevator installation projects, supervise field engineers, and ensure all projects are delivered according to technical, safety, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Supervise field engineers and coordinate installation activities across multiple sites
Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with OEM and safety standards
Manage project timelines, site readiness assessments, and commissioning processes
Serve as the primary technical contact for clients and project stakeholders
Train and mentor technical teams while ensuring proper documentation and reporting
Requirements
HND/B.Eng. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering
Minimum of 6 years experience in elevator installation with at least 2 years in supervisory role
Strong expertise in traction, MRL, hydraulic, or vacuum elevator systems
OEM elevator certification from recognized brands is highly preferred
