    Technical Strategy Manager (R&D - Built Environment & Emerging Tech)

    Job Summary

    • Are you a Ph.D qualified innovator with a passion for research, emerging technologies, and the built environment?
    • This is your opportunity to help shape the future of smart buildings, sustainability, and digital innovation.
    • In this role, you’ll work closely with our MD to drive R&D, guide strategic direction, and develop training and thought leadership that positions our organization at the forefront of the industry.

    What You’ll Do

    • Lead research on AI, IoT, smart buildings, and sustainability
    • Provide strategic advisory on tech trends and business innovation
    • Manage R&D projects from concept to implementation
    • Develop white papers, practical solutions, and training curriculum
    • Translate research into advisory frameworks and client innovations

    What We’re Looking For

    • Ph.D. in Engineering, Technology, Built Environment, or related fields
    • 2–5 years of impactful R&D experience
    • Certification in AI Prompt Engineering or Agentic AI
    • Strong project management and strategic thinking skills
    • Excellent communication and innovative mindset.
