    Technical Stores Officer

    Job role

    • Ensuring management and coordination of all logistics activities in the stores
    • Ensuring all incoming parts, materials, tools, and equipment are properly labeled and stored accordingly
    • Responsible for facilitating the secure storage of aircraft spare parts, materials, tooling, and equipment while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, OEM specifications, and industry standards
    • Managing the procedure of issuance of parts, materials, and tools in and out of the store to ensure accountability and traceability
    • Maintaining and managing a minimum-maximum stock level
    • Ensuring periodic stock taking is done and stock taking report is roduced and distributed appropriately

    Qualifications

    • HND/BSc degree
    • Have a good understanding of supply chain management, logistics management and Technical Stores Management
    • Knowledge of documentation and maintenance stores record
