Responsibilities
Daily and prompt issuing of machine parts to the end users.
Daily stocking of spare parts by status - Active/Obsolete.
Assist in dipping of A.G.O/ P.M.S storage tank with conversion of their values.
Assist in receiving A.G.O/ P.M.S into storage tanks.
Prioritize Customer Satisfaction by giving them immediate attention.
Record maintenance which includes the establishment of stock levels and re-ordering of items on the ERP.
Report damaged or missing inventory.
Move inventory and materials around the store.
Ensure reduction in deviation of articles issued per month.
Follow-up with close-out on approved transactions within 48hrs of raising the request.
